Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and patek99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the patek99 platform and close your account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a patek99 account and use any gaming service on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. patek99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds therein may be forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered patek99 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. patek99 may verify the identity of Members at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe stipulated by patek99 may result in account suspension.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under Applicable Law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. patek99 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
2.5 Non-Transferability. patek99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your account or any rights derived from it to any third party.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your patek99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
3.2 You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your patek99 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified patek99 of unauthorised access in writing via our support channel.
3.3 patek99 strongly recommends that Members log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. The Platform provides an automatic session timeout feature; however, patek99 accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from a Member's failure to log out properly.
3.4 You must notify patek99 immediately via live chat or the registered support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. patek99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels available to Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks). Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the Member's Cashier section.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits from accounts held in other currencies are not accepted. patek99 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section of your patek99 account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. patek99 targets a processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, system maintenance periods, or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Account Verification. patek99 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. Members are required to submit valid identification documents as requested. Withdrawals will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. An administrative fee may be deducted monthly from the balance of inactive accounts. Members will be notified prior to such deductions. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
5.1 patek99 offers various promotions to its Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the minimum number of times bonus funds must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal request will be processed.
5.3 patek99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and derived winnings.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the patek99 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific Game. These rules are accessible within each Game interface or the relevant section of the Platform.
6.2 Bets placed via the Platform are final once confirmed. patek99 is not obligated to reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances of manifest technical error or system malfunction, as determined solely by patek99.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a Game or the accuracy of a result, patek99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Members concerned. Decisions made by patek99 in this regard are final.
6.4 patek99 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate a Member's access to specific Games or betting markets, or to restrict the maximum stake or winnings applicable to a Member, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the patek99 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 patek99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all Members with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion facilities, all of which are accessible from the Account Settings section after logging in.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests made by a Member will be processed within 24 hours and will remain in effect for the period selected by the Member (minimum 6 months, up to permanent exclusion). Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
8.3 Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from professional resources. patek99 supports responsible gaming information from internationally recognised gaming authority bodies.
8.4 patek99 does not extend credit to Members. All play must be funded from a Member's own deposited funds. Play in excess of a Member's means is actively discouraged.
All content on the patek99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of patek99 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any patek99 content without our prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, patek99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
10.2 patek99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 patek99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
patek99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change is made, patek99 will endeavour to notify active Members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which patek99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and patek99, the Member should first contact our support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. patek99 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body under our licence, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
